WARRANTY:

• All warranty issues relating to motor and vfd will be handled through the respective OEM, Contact me at rich.linville@toruscnc.com for guidance with warranty problems. You will have to ship the defective unit to the respective OEM for warranty work. The timeline is out of my hands.

The warranty replacement can take some time so be aware that you may experience some down time if you need to go through the warranty replacement process. I’ll help as much as I can in the rare case that you encounter an issue with either of these high quality components.
